The hotel is located close to BKK airport. It is a big hotel with excellent rooms that are spacious, clean and well appointed. The pool, coffee shop and grounds are all lovely.

The hotel is as good as new so most was in prime condition (nov 22) The food in the restaurant was well taken care of. Very close to the airport and took only 5 minutes after check out to get a taxi.

easy for 1 night transfers as the airport was close by. would highly recommend if you are trying to catch a flight at BKK airport.

Close to a night market area where traditional thai food could be purchased. Clean rooms, quiet enough (given the overhead aircraft), and an easy drive to the airport (getting to the hotel from the airport however was a little more problematic given the overhead bridge construction in the area).

I liked everything about the hotel - cleanliness, location, amenities, ambience and service. The hotel is located right beside the main road, and there is a van stop near the hotel where you can get to and come from Suvarnabhumi Airport. There are many F&B options plus convenience store near the hotel so you can get whatever you want anytime you want. The hotel has a small Starbucks counter to grab a quick coffee, a bar, a restaurant, swimming pool, gym and even laundry machine. It is also next to the canal so you can just relax and enjoy right beside nature. Will stay at this hotel again when I come to Lat Krabang!

Location was convenient to the airport and to the nearby stadium for our tournament. Breakfast was reasonable but not outstanding, the bigger issue was the lack of staff. The few staff did their best at all times but the guest to staff ratio was too high and so food/coffee orders took too long and tables were not cleared in a timely manner. It was not the staff's fault and they were clearly trying their best. Team were helpful in arranging vans for us to travel to and from the airport and from the stadium nearby.

Good location, about a 15m taxi from airport. A bigger complex than we imagined and modern. Decent room size and excellent shower. Staff very attentive. Good value considering the location.

The beds were comfortable. the rooms were spacious enough. there's enough parking space. the pool was nice. The hallway smelled nice during check-in time. Staff was friendly enough but didn't add value. It's close to the airport and far enough to not hear the planes all the time.

Have stayed at Canalis 5 times previously, very good location for the airport and still some interesting things to see on Lat Krabang Road. The hotel is always clean and still modern. The staff are very good and always happy to answer questions of help out.

The hotel is ideally located for Survarnabhumi Airport. Plenty of staff on hand in reception to check in and have luggage delivered to the room. The room I had chosen was in D Block and overlooked the pool. It far exceeded my expectation for size and the bed was huge. There was plenty of hanging space and the added bonus of a full sized bath, as well as a rain shower. We took evening meal in a restaurant adjacent to the hotel which we have enjoyed in the past though the hotel has its own Bistro, which has an extensive menu and was well attended by other guests. Breakfast is taken in the same venue as the Bistro. The furniture is modern and the decor is clean and bright with an uncrowded layout. The food was well presented and there was plenty of food and beverage choices. For our short walk for the evening meal it was raining but the hotel had a supply of umbrellas for guests to use, a thoughtful and welcome service.
